Tho I liked this album from the start,* I wasn't crazy about The Dodos' percussion and vocals combo because I felt like the percussion elements overpowered the vocals and that was kind of annoying. But then after a bunch of listens I realized that what they've actually done is put the two elements on the same level rather than having the lyrics overpower everything else like on most albums. Now I just love it. Well worth checking out.More songs here, including the one that hooked me.
