New Belgium's Fat Tire

Malt, caramel, and faint cocoa notes stand out immediately. The hops remain in the background. This is a nice beer, especially since it comes in quarts and you can drink it on Tuesday night to take the edge of Thomas Kuhn on Copernicus. Did you know Copernicus was gay?

Just kidding.

(Image from i.pbase.com. The name "Fat Tire" refers to the effect of the carbohydrates therein on one's midsection. I'm trying to pork up for speedo season.)

Oh oh! I’m dreading that this could be a leadin to a future review of Thomas Kuhn on Copernicus. I beg of you not to do it. Most of us come to R3 for reviews of comics, cereals and female reproductive organs—nothing more! Anything beyond that and you’re just showing off and it’s a waste of bandwidth. However its O.K. to give us links to more inspiring pictures of tits, fire and that stuff coming out of your horse’s twat. Thank you.
