Satire is when you pretend to agree with something that you don't actually agree with and then talk about it like it's good and right in order to show that it's bad and wrong. Bad satire ends up helping bad ideas by mistake and subtle satire just makes people think it does on purpose. The difference between the two can be a matter of taste, like I think Wondershowzen is actually pretty racist but other people might think I'm Hitler or something. Other times people are just too stupid to get it, like when a dumb guy or girl in your class shows you an old Family Guy episode to prove that that sexism is rampant on TV. Anyway, a baby makes a pretty good stew.

Oh no, don't eat the baby! Oh wait, is that one of the leftovers from John's excessive breeding? Well then, go ahead.
Oh, dear, Laurie. So, so dark. Incredibly funny, but dark.
Racist.
Eat the baby, save the placenta in the freezer next to the wedding cake. That's how we roll.
John, I know you hate Wonder Showzen but I'll defend it to the end. It's certainly an offensive show, but I'd hardly call it racist. If they make fun of all races (even honkeys), is that racism or just offensive? Plus one of the show's creators is African American. If the show was made totally by WASPs (again, honkeys, not insects or members of the 80's metal band) I could understand the allegations of racism. Even the segments with children, its not like they used Sascha Baron Cohen gotcha tactics, everyone involved (especially the kids' parents) had to know what they were getting into.
white people are insects and they need to be extermunated
Don't you dare disagree with me. I'll skin you, motherfucker.
Like that one where they play a song about how mexicans (and maybe black people) can be whatever they want--doctors, lawyers, etc. and they flash mexican dude after mexican dude who all say, "I'm a delivery driver"
"Delivery driver"
"I'm a delivery driver."
"I'm delivery driver."
I watched it and I was like, "This isn't making fun of racism, it's making fun of Mexicans."
I think a black guy can write racist comedy just as easily as a white guy can, about black people or white people or whoever. To say otherwise is to commit the genetic fallacy, which is a popular thing to do in America right now. Wondershowzen seems to be in the grey area between bad and subtle satire, and I just don't think it's always smart enough to pull it off.
When a white guy and a black guy come together to make fun of Mexicans, isn't that the very definition of racial harmony? Plus, you'll never get me to hate a show made by a major television network that featured puppets doing drugs and eating babies.
Only a sick asshole would make a joke about eating babies.
No argument here.
