I've been a pretty big fan of Imperial Teen since I traded a Nine Inch Nails CD for Seasick back in high school. Their first two albums are really great, poppy, fun. But then they moved to Merge records and had their album "On" released, which was just ok, and when this came out last year it was sort of clear that they seemed to forget the importance of melody in music. This album suffers from the problem of too many lyrics sung too quickly all the time. Slow it down a bit! If young Glenn had ever thought those words would come out of old Glenn's mouth, he probably would have joined a convent for some reason.RATING: 46%
